COST:

1st Time Camper (NEVER been to Young Life Summer Camp):  $845 (after 1st timer discount is applied)

2nd, 3rd or 4th Time Camper (attended Young Life Summer Camp 1, 2, or 3 times):  $945 

A deposit of $100 is required to hold your spot.  All deposits are non-refundable after March 1st.

After completing this form, a confirmation email will be sent with the information you have entered below. 

Additionally, Form 6007 - Properties Health, Consent and Release Form, must be completed online prior to departure in order for your child to participate in any activities.  Please ensure all email addresses are correct when completing the fields below.  An email to complete this form will be sent closer to camp time.  Please note that an immunization history will be required to complete this form.  Special instructions regarding medications will also be communicated closer to camp.
